co-design for executives and senior leaders

🗓️ express your interest

While co-design is increasing in popularity, many senior leaders aren’t clear about what it is, when to use it and how to support co-design efforts to succeed. Co-design isn’t right for all projects.

📋 course description

across four sessions, this course will develop your understanding of co-design and teach you:

  • how to sponsor responsible co-design

  • about fixing common bad practices and associated reputational risks

  • how to commission, contract or hire quality co-design facilitation

  • how to resource co-design projects and care for staff engaged in co-design

  • how to start to build a culture of co-design in your organisation.

We won’t turn you into a co-design practitioner. As a virtual course, we will model remote engagement and online facilitation skills.
