Shipping

Shipping

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in NSW, Australia) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped in addition to your tracking number. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. As a small business, unfortunately, we can’t offer free shipping. While we don’t currently offer an express shipping option, this may be available in the future. 

Minimum spend

Our store has a minimum spend of $14 AUD (to ensure the cost of shipping doesn’t exceed the value of the product). 

COVID-19

Due to COVID-19, we might experience processing or delivery delays. We will do our best to keep you in the loop and to ensure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible. We know postal staff are doing their best, so please be kind to them and us if your order is delayed.

Domestic orders within Australia 

We ship everywhere in Australia. For most addresses, we use registered B Corp (what’s this?) Sendle and for PO boxes, Australia Post. We offer no pick-up options. 

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, United States, Hong Kong, China, Greece, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Austria, Finland, Norway, Ireland and Estonia. If your country isn’t included and you’d like to buy from us directly (instead of Amazon) please contact us at beyondstickynotes@gmail.com 

Internationally orders typically ship once a week only, to minimise our carbon footprint. While we don’t currently offer an international express shipping option, this may be available in the future. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beyond Sticky Notes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Beyond Sticky Notes is also not responsible should you fail to pick up your order from a post office within the prescribed window and the parcel is returned to us. In this case, you will need to pay additional shipping to have your product(s) returned to you. 

What if I enter the wrong address at checkout?

While we appreciate mistakes happen, this mistake happens frequently and costs our small business a lot of money. If your address is incorrect and we’ve already booked a courier or sent your parcel, you may be liable for additional shipping costs. Please contact us as soon as possible if your address is incorrect and ensure your PayPal address is up to date. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

What if my order hasn’t arrived? 

For domestic orders with Australia, if you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at beyondstickynotes@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days. We know this sounds like a long time, however, COVID19 has permanently affected estimated postage times especially to counties such as the United States and the UK. 

What if my order says it’s been delivered, but I can’t find it?

Most often, customers find that their parcel is hiding behind a piece of outdoor furniture or a pot plant. After you’ve looked there, please contact the carrier (this is most often Sendle) in the first instance to lodge an inquiry into the parcel’s whereabouts. If you’d like our help please email beyondstickynotes@gmail.com

Can I include Traditional Owners in my address? 

In addition to your usual address details, we encourage you to include the Traditional Owners of the lands you live on in your address. 

What about refunds, returns, and exchanges? 

Under Australian Consumer Law, if there is an issue with your product you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Please email us at beyondstickynotes@gmail.com within 30-days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.

We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Beyond Sticky Notes will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
