While the words co-design and co-production are common, there’s not yet shared definitions and being part of genuine co-planned, co-designed and co-delivered research isn’t common yet.
For those reason we chose to focus on how we* want to work together and draw on many different practices to help us do that. That includes co-design and co-production, but isn’t limited to those things.We focus on shared respect, shared decision-making and mutual respect.
*By we, we mean Regional Health Partners and the researchers, consumers, carers, communities and other partners. -
